Overview

The WhatsApp bot supports integration with Make through webhook URLs. This feature allows users to register their Make webhook endpoints directly through WhatsApp messages.

Usage

Registering a Webhook

1. Copy your webhook URL from Make

2. Send the webhook URL to the WhatsApp bot: https://wa.me/12672145752

   <https://hook.us2.make.com/your-webhook-id>
   

3. The bot will register your webhook and respond with a confirmation message

Clearing a Webhook

To remove the webhook configuration:

1. Send the message “clear webhook” to the bot
2. The bot will clear your webhook settings and confirm with a message

Document Upload Flow

1. Send one or multiple documents to the bot
2. For each document:
   • The bot will confirm receipt with a message showing the document count
   • You can continue sending more documents
3. When finished, send “OK” to complete the session
4. The bot will:
   • Trigger your webhook with the session data
   • Include the document URLs in the webhook payload
   • Display the webhook response or a success message

• Make webhook URL format: hook.*.make.com
• Example: https://hook.us2.make.com/2457ntc7snphafspo41pal3jm49608eu

Parameters

The webhook is triggered with the following URL parameters:

• include_public_urls=true: Includes publicly accessible URLs for the documents
• openai=true: Enables OpenAI processing capabilities
